We process data that we receive from you as part of an application process. We will receive your data when you send us your application via Bewerbung@barkey.de or post-talically. In concrete terms, we process the following data for the implementation of the application procedure:

  • Data in connection with your CV
  • Correspondence (e.g. correspondence or e-mail correspondence with you)

The information you provide us with will be treated confidentially and only passed on within Barkey GmbH & Co KG to those persons who are involved in a specific application procedure.

We do not require any information from you that cannot be used in accordance with the General Equal Treatment Act under German law or any other national or international Equal Treatment Act. Please do not pass on confidential internal information or even company secrets of your former or current employer to us.

Your data sent in via Bewerbung@barkey.de will be archived by the system for a period of 24 months from the date of submission. After 24 months your data will be deleted automatically.

1.7 Categories of recipients

As part of the provision of the service, we use service companies for special areas that are bound to secrecy and data protection, where access to personal data cannot be excluded.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the contract; after the end of the contract relationship we are obliged to keep the tax-relevant documents for 10 years after conclusion of the year and at the end of the calendar year. The data is then deleted.
